Josh Kackley (left) a 2002 ECC Culinary graduate) works with culinary students to prepare the visiting chef dinner. Kackley has worked for Sysco Foodservice for the past fifteen years in various capacities including as Head Chef. for the past fifteen years.

The fall 2019 visiting chef dinner was held in the Spartan Terrace Restaurant on Thursday evening Oct.3,2019.
This semesters event featured 2002 ECC Culinary grad and Chef Josh Kackley. Chef Kackley has 25 years of culinary experience of all kind including Executive Chef and General Manager. He is currently employed by Sysco Foodservices, the global leader in food service, for the most recent fifteen years.
Chef Kackley met and married fellow ECC culinary student Heide. They married in 2004 and have a 12 year old daughter named Amelia.
