ECC Culinary HostsVisiting Chef Kevin Stack. Kevin is the Sous Chef at the Purple Pig 500 N. Michigan Avenue Chicago. The restaurant is owned by James Beard, Rising Star Chef of  2014 – Jimmy Bannos Jr.  Mr. Bannos’ family are renowned in the restaurant business. His father, Mr Bannos Sr is the owner and Chef for nearly forty year Chicago famed restaurant Seven on Heaven which serves Louisiana style cuisine on Wabash Avenue.

Mr Stack the visiting chef is a graduate of ECC’s Culinary School.
