Food For Greater Elgin, a regional client-based food pantry, will be hosting its 5th annual Pallet to Palate event from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at the Grand Victoria Casino on Monday, May 21.  They serve more than 1,200 households in the Elgin and Dundee areas, which is approximately 6,000 individuals or more. These individuals are able to choose fresh produce, meat, dairy, and shelf-stable items during their visits.

The event will feature local chefs and beverage crafters who support Food For Greater Elgin and all of their efforts to help those in need.  The organization is inviting the local community to attend the event and participate in raffles and a silent auction, while enjoying music and learning more about the organization and their efforts to supply food and other resources daily.

Tickets for the event start at $60 and all of the proceeds will go to benefit Food For Greater Elgin and their work to help those in the community.
