Have a “Holly Jolly” Christmas with these joyful crafts

Christmas has come, that means making cookies, decorating the Christmas tree, singing Christmas carols, opening presents, and for some people, crafting. So here are some fun crafts to help you get started decking the halls.

Paper Chain Christmas Tree

This was a kit I got at Michaels for fifty percent off but if you want to make your own without the kit go right on ahead.

Supplies needed

45 paper chains
30 metallic paper chains
1 glitter foam star
1 green paper sheet
1 double-sided sticker sheet
1 bag of sequins
Glitter glue

1. Fold the paper sheet into a cone shape.
2. Fold the paper chains into little loops.
3. Put some tape in on the ends of the chains.
4. Put some tape on the outside of the chains.
5. Put them in a circle around the tree.
6. Place the star in the opening on the top of the tree.
7. Decorate the chains with sequins and glitter glue.

Snowglobe Ornament

One clear plastic ornament
Glitter
Anything that resembles winter colors
Pipe cleaners

1. Put a dab of hot glue on the bottom of the tree
2. Use a wooden skewer to press it down at the bottom center
3. Use a funnel to pour the glitter in.
4. Tie some bakers twine onto the loop of the ornament.

Joyful Chargers

Aqua plastic chargers or any color
Mod Podge or Elmers Glue
Glitter

1. Paint the letter J while sprinkling with glitter
2. Do the same with the O and the Y
3) Wait to dry
