My name is Allison Formeller, and I am a staff writer for the ECC Observer. This is my second year at ECC, but my first year on staff. When I transfer, I plan to continue my career in journalism.  I graduated from South Elgin High School in 2018, where I was the Arts &  Entertainment section editor for our school newspaper.

Stickers like these are being placed around campus to create hype for the opening of the installation. These can be seen in the hallway in Building G, near the Spartan Auditorium.

According to Callegario, there is a huge correlation between eating well and feeling well. "You are what you eat, but you also feel what you eat," said Callegario.

Callegario showed just how easy it is to eat healthy by showing what he packed for lunch, including fruit, peanut butter and an egg. "Once you know [how food affects you]... you can balance your diet to be more efficient [for your lifestyle.] said Callegario.

Callegario served Brazilian, ginger and black tea for a mood boost at the end of the summit.
