My name is Allison Formeller, and I am a staff writer for the ECC Observer. This is my second year at ECC, but my first year on staff. When I transfer, I plan to continue my career in journalism.  I graduated from South Elgin High School in 2018, where I was the Arts &  Entertainment section editor for our school newspaper.

According to Callegario, there is a huge correlation between eating well and feeling well. You are what you eat, but you also feel what you eat, said Callegario.
