Hi, I'm Matt! I'm a third-year student and the Editor-in-Chief of the Observer. I've lived in Elgin for my whole life and went to St. Edward's Central Catholic High School. I've loved photography for a long time and intend on becoming a photojournalist and a concert photographer.
