Kai Ribbens, staff writer and podcaster
Ribbens is in his second year at ECC. He is finishing up his Associates in Arts degree this semester and plans on pursuing Sports Journalism. This is his second year with the Observer and first as a writer. He joined the Observer with hopes of improving his knowledge and skill in journalism with real experience. His main focus is sports but is also open to covering any kind of topic. He hopes the Observer will prepare him for what’s to come in pursuing a journalism degree and beyond that. He lives life with the motto, “be patient and honest with yourself and others.”
